From process digitalization to intelligent automation.
From Workflows to Intelligence — with the same discipline.
In 2018, we founded WildcardTech and developed ProcessCore — our own workflow and case management system with a graphical BPMN editor. Not a SaaS platform, but real software we installed at customer sites.
In LegalTech and InsurTech, we learned what it means to work in regulated industries. Compliance, audit trails, human approvals — that was part of our DNA from the start.
From 2020 to 2023, we built Document Microservices: Smart OCR, PDF compression, document generation. Enterprise clients, high volumes, high requirements. That's when we hit the limits of rule-based systems.
2023 was the turning point. LLMs became good enough to handle real business tasks. We experimented, tested, learned.
2024 was the pivot. AI agents with tool use, the MCP standard for system integrations, Human-in-the-Loop as an architecture principle. The EU AI Act made clear: AI in business processes needs governance.
Today, we connect everything: process orchestration, document intelligence, AI agents, and human oversight. Seven disciplines, one goal — intelligent automation that works in production.

What We Stand For
AI needs guardrails.
Not because we distrust the technology. But because business processes require traceability, control, and accountability. AI without orchestration is a risk. AI with orchestration is a competitive advantage.
Automation isn't an end in itself.
We don't automate because we can. We automate where it pays off — and we're honest about where it doesn't.
Buzzwords aren't a strategy.
We name technologies specifically, show architectures openly, and talk about limitations just as much as possibilities.
We build for production, not for demos.
Every solution we develop is designed to work in daily operations — with monitoring, error handling, and governance.
